what is your opinion on them? Do they walk the talk or just talk only? reason i ask this is i saw several "trainers" that i have observed in both commercial and public gyms and some really dont have the shape, strength nor muscularity but they don on training responsibilties. So, does all head knowledge and no shape attract others to train as well?
this remind me of the presales consultant that keep yapping how good their products are, but have never deploy their system before..

doesn't have the body is fine with me...as long as he knows what he is saying...
i have come across many trainers where they obtained the certificate but it seems there do not understand anything
though most of the trainers that know what they are saying do have the body to prove to me...

if strength and conditioning type of trainer strong but fat its a different thing
