People would hold 2 2-3kg dumbbells on each hand move the arms foward in fast movements like how you move your arms during jogging and keep turning their waist sideways.
People do tricep exercises with two dumbbells, the way they do it like windscreen wiper like that.
People who lock their elbows at 90 degree and move their back to and fro like a rocking chair and call it bicep curls.
