Sorry.. can't help myself. Like KelvinL said. YOU are not eating enough. How long have you been lifting? what's your defination of very long? In bodybuilding time. 2 years of training under your belt still makes you a beginner. Sure roids help but if you are not eating enough, even roids won't help. there are guys in the gym who been on roids and still looks the same after a few cycles.
Well, bro do try to eat 6 meals a day. If you are eating like a bodybuilder, trust me, those servering at hawker centres and food court, to me they either feed hamsters or are jsut snacks.
For me who have just got 2 years of lifting under my belt 5 bowls of rice in a meal is nothing. hahaha, just ask my Boss.. All I can say is this bro, make sure that you meet your daily protein intake and the rest of just fillers.
Once you got your eating right, make sure that you SLEEP enough. Yup, anyrhing after 1030 pm.. too late. sleep early, you grow during recovery,not during training. so keep that in mind.
