captnJ, how will the movement for the triceps be like for proper flat benchpress? will it be like;
- doing close pushups with triceps at the side of the body? or, - doing somewhat like gillutione benchpress. wide grip and elbow out?
what will the angle of your arms be against the shoulders? 20degree? or flush with the shoulder?

hands about 12 inches apart... a bit more also ok. Any closer extra stress on wrists. elbows in.

how long do u guys rest in between sets for ur bench? sometimes i take 10-20 secs rest if i were to pyramid up....
