jogging is actually more catabolic compared to HOC or even slow cardio ;D Some how i managed to do some trail and error to realise that walking is better then jogging ;D so kool pink, i guess walking is good the only thing is that u should keep it under ah hour ;D dun need to run like hell.Unless u do HOC , u are better of walking then jogging

coolpink, does your thighs make your body look good in shape after jogging? just asking ;D because i intially think that ladies having wide thigh for example might not attract men sometimes
