i did the wide squat today.. weights have to cut down by half. can feel the strain on the butt and hips but not much on the lower back as close stance squat. so i assume this should be the correct method? problem is when dismounting the weights from the rack, quite unstable as after dismounting, have to balance to spread the legs out. any other better method to do this? thanks.
