Well i can sae diff pple have diff goals...I am sure he knows what he wants and don't wants...I am sure he know the existence of a massive body but probably he doesnt want it and wanna maintain it this way....nt all guys wan to have big massive thick muscles ard

u have a good build and considering the amount of time u have left, work on ur definition and cutting as there is no way u can build up so much mass in such a short time...defeat them with ur definition

again. its not whether they want to be huge, its whether the supporting elements allows them to be. It kinda offending to speak in this way , meaning that even if you work hard and smart and eat hard and eat smart , you would get to anywhere ?

Thx for compliments n criticisms. Yes i will surely like some help. I wanna get my shoulders broader, chest bigger and thighs bigger as well. Back maybe after i have nice chest, shoulders thighs and abs.
I dunno abt whether my techniques work, but i really workout by focusing on 1 or 2 parts until i get them nice, then move on. Can someone pls advise?
I have been doing intensive cardio this past week n eating 8 or more small meals a day to increase my metabolism. I haven't ran for a long time now. And my stamina has gone down a lot already. Run 100m d**n slow already shack like hell. But u really do feel the pump n my legs r still aching frm all the interval training.
My preference is really those kinda bods bet bulky and normal. Very lean and muscular kind. Like those pics of the ang mohs i put up on the webpage.

Bro dun mind i suggest something...Why cant u wrkout other parts at the same time?? Wun ur body b so unbalanced I mean it doesnt do any harm...Juz like u train ur body until like colemen n leave the chicken legs last(i nt saying ur legs r chicken) to train... Hmmm...Some pple genetics r small...No matter how they train they r like tt...So cant b blamed....Some loose weight fast some loose weight slow...So its all natures decision...U only can enhance it by wrking out on those factors

I think you look good enough, & wouldn't impose any of my personal goals or mantra on you (not that they're that ambitious anyway, ha, I'm just a regular gal aiming to be moderately fit).
Personally, I just do something I can keep up with for the rest of my life. ;D

I do wanna train all parts. But i will rather see some nice results at some parts first. Cos i believe that when i focus, i getta pump up those focused parts faster than if i were to distribute my time equally on all parts. So what i m doing is i wanna train myself part by part and not everything at the same time. This way, i also keep myself motivated cos i see results more significantly at those parts i focus. Is it betta to train everywhere at the same time? Will someone advise n tell me y? Orion, R u a real female body-builder?

Actually i do workout almost all the parts except the legs. If u looked at my regime, u will know. I will include legs in my new regime that i will come up w when my hols come. But when i say focus i mean that if i go to the gym 6x a week, for 3 days minimum, i will work the part i m focusing on. All other parts maybe just max 2x a week can already. So, i m not neglecting anything. Just training harder at some places.
