aiyah a bit paiseh..no abs and very unsightly...right now only want ppl to see my back to see where i stand after so much effort.When my front is more or less pleasing to the eye i will post my pic:)(i am sure if u have a pot belly u would not want to show it rite?

Pullup Addict....wat grip u use? Pronated or supinated? And how much xtra weight u used for attachment?

for as long as i can remember i have been using a protonated, overhand grip. I added weights to my pullup in a backpack like an alice pack and now can currently train by doing a lot of heavy singles like 10-15 sets of singles of 32-36kg. Give pullups a try and u wont be disappointed:)

somehow my bodyweight pullups do not really compliment my weighted pullups..maybe because i have been focusing more on power than on edurance but yeah i can knock off 15 bodyweight dead hang pullups....even though i expect myself to get 20:(aiyoh only pullup station can get 5 maximum points..in fact the rest of the station can get 5 points each but for 2.4 ......can only run 12 flat.....fastest only 1144 haiz...
