for delts, heavy military presses up to 1 1/2 plates free. dumbell presses up to 30kg. lateral raises up to 22.5kg. for traps, upright rows up to 1 1/4 plates. behind the back shrugs up to 4plates. sometimes 4.5plates when doing MAX-OT. and i work them twice a week. tks.

i do bench, squat and deadlift. on different days. benching up to 2 1/4plates without spot for 6. squating butt to floor up to 2 1/2 plates for 4. deadlifted up to 3plates for 4. see? i ain't that strong. unlike powerlifting, i lift to my max to constanly stimulate muscle growth.
