I am on the Warrior Diet.
The usual thing i cook is soup.
Ingredients: -Water -Spices: five spice powder, curry powder, garlic, onion etc. -Saltening agent: ikan bilis, miso etc. -Carbo: unpolished rice, dhall, other cereals, lotus seeds etc. -Meat: fish, chicken, beef etc. -Vegetables: any veges but try to get as wide a variety as possible. -Eggs.
Basically the ingredients are flexible, no fixed amount or type, just go with whatever you like. I always vary the ingredients everyday. It makes a convenient one-dish meal that's healthy and satisfying.
Just boil the water with the spices and the carbos first. Next put in the meat. I prefer to cook the meat earlier so that it would be well done by the time the veges go in. After the soup has boiled again, put in the veges. After the soup has boiled again, put in the eggs. That's it, simple yet effective.
PS: Some veges like broccoli or tomatoes should be put in last, after eggs, as they soften up very quickly.

Recently i have found that soup tastes better without saltening agent. Somehow the sweetness of the the ingredients is more tasteable.

If that was Conan the Barbarian, then he would hunt down a boar or a meat type of animal and eat them for the night. ;D Dun't you get bored of eating soup almost everyday?

Well done bro. ;D
But, personally, I cut out those really huge lumps of fat. Other than that, I wack everything on the plate. Life's too short to be eating drain water with chicken every day man.
