if u watched the cost of redemption, the guy ate 4 western meals a day with the latest at around 1030pm!!in fact his last meal consisted of fries and steak!!how can it be good?i mean eating carbs late at night translates to more fat right?besides that has anyone tried to eat like that?might want to try doing that since western meals at NUS at 2.50 each:)

mass gainer should be ok as it is high in protein and low in carbs.but what ronnie eats is......really unbeievable!!imagine fries at night!!woah

insulin, steroids, hGH, and god knows what else ALL help with nutrient partitioning - go figure.
you really think they use CELL-TECH and NITRO-TECH to get big? the olympia is a freakshow.

Another tip:
Don't drink anything that does not have calories. Drink milk, juice, yogurt, whatever, just don't drink water. Very easy to pile on calories by drinking. ;D
