wah nice lok3, i have problems explaining to my mom why that $60 porridge MRP is bad for her at 600 cals daily i have since realise how easy it is to make money from selling supplements/weight loss foods to the ignorant in Singapore. When i grow up i'm gonna join in the fray and make some real $$$$. oracle, you might want to re consider your food choices. also, you mention crapping on rice and protein? you will want to do a check if you're intolerent to any kinds of food groups, gluten, lactose, soy protein, etc...or you may be eating too much fiber, which can also limit nutrient absorption in addition to keeping you satiated longer, in addition to crapping some good, high calorie ''good'' foods are peanut butter, nuts, and lots of MEAT. some people also swear cardio make them eat lots. swimming also helps with appetite by a lot, it seems. maggi mee got lotsa volume cos of the soup in addition to the sodium which makes you feel bloated. skip tt

Ah I don't get it, if you only eat that much, how come you're 120kg? Even at 1.86m, that's very beefy!

at my age, fats are very stubborn and especially around the belly. even if i starve, first thing to shrink are the muscles, not the fats.

Body Contain higher Lean muscle tissue will tend to drop more muscle mass during dieting phrase , and this is what i percieved this few years . Those who has Lower amount of lean muscle tissue will tend to burn their fats as the priority energy prior glycogensis happens .
But uncle oracle problem is most probarly lack of experiance in dieting down . As we know there is no one-fit-all diet , it's always trial and error of what type of diet are suitable for you (in terms of controling appeitete , control the indulging of delicious caloric dense food , the diet that help you reduce lbm lost and etc ) .

Slow cardio will slowly melt those fats away. Else you can always go for a few cycle of msucle endurance training.. instead of focusing on pure strength.. I find them to be useful when trying to slim down. (BTW I went for a spinning class the strength building one. now my legs are jelly.. so I guess my 4 plates aside squat attempt shall be next week) I manage to eat alot coz I'm always hungry somehow in every 2 hrs of so. Eat of nutritition food pound per pound and aviod sugary stuff.. I find protein richer balance trend to make me hungry faster.. so does everything boiled and stream... same amount of food. pound for pound. Well, at least that works for me...

thanks for the input. work stress and the need to run to customers' sites also have direct impact to my food intake. furthermore, due to IBS, the amount of food cannot be too much else i have to find places to crap.. man, i really wont do it in those coffee shops' toilet! so far im ok with eggs. my office got free flow of milk in the co. fridge but im lactose intolerant! what a waste.
do keep us posted on your attempt on the 405lb squat. i would do it in a power rack in case i need to drop the weight off, and watch the knees. my initial mistakes was weak glute which my knees bend in, and suffered joints aches.

i almost forgot this, but some people find that whey isolates seem to make them crap less, for those with the syndrome. you might want to some reputable quality WPI to try out.

Bro, you are still under NCS? Free milk..? Hmm.. Another perks in the workplace to keep a look out for.. Well, I won't be attempting it this week. My new holiday temp is paying me too well to skip any working hours. So I will be working this week .. Going to attempt it next week. Hope to reconver all the energy depleted due to work. ;D Well, I hope you will be able to find a way around the eating problem. Maybe you might want to try those cartons of egg whites thingy.. put it in the office frigde.. then when you want to eat, stream over some hot water.. viola.. instant hardboiled eggwhites..
