powerlifters can eat anything as long they get their protein and EFA's. They do not worry about fat gain, per se, after all, they're after brute strength and power, and for them it's a number's game.
Bodybuilders going after aesthetics is better off with cleaner foods, though mostly it won't make a dipnuts of difference. The only good thing is probably the chicken meat, no skin.

go NTUC,buy half an entire chicken to eat for only 5.00 dollars.after that, divide into 5 portions and eat every 2 hours.much cheaper than deep fried stuff per se.

How big is the NTUC chicken? Cold Storage sells whole cooked spring chicken at $4-5. Of course spring chickens being spring chickens, I can gobble one up just like that. ;D

try those carrefour or cold storage honey baked chicken. last time was selling for only $3.95. i used to eat one chicken for lunch last time. Now they have increase the price, hmm, didn't buy from them anymore.
btw, how much protein does a chicken has?

try those carrefour or cold storage honey baked chicken. last time was selling for only $3.95. i used to eat one chicken for lunch last time. Now they have increase the price, hmm, didn't buy from them anymore. btw, how much protein dos a chicken has? OH YEAH those taste good. iirc 1 whole chicken only has like 60 grams of fat, not too bad !! a chicken tt you buy from those carrfour cold storaege is normally 700grams. that's ~200g of protein.

whenever i wanna eat light and cheap, i go for the SGD 2.95 wow meal set which is the OR Fillet Burger set. and i somewhat got addicted to it and Shroom Burger Meal

If one has fast metabolic rate, they can eat anything they like, including lots of junk food like KFC without becoming fat. Junk food have their place in our diet as they taste better (something I must agreed upon), but their amount should be controlled. Too much junk food on a long run will ruin your health, it comes gradually, but it will do the damage. If one powerlifter eat lots of junk calories and make him carry lots of non functional weight in terms of body fat, another eat cleaner and carry less non functional body fat, since there is something call weight class in weight lifting competition, who have the advantage? ;D
