cos without big calves my legs look small even though i train my legs

Very high reps (20+), heavy weights with full stretch at bottom of any calf exercise. Another alternative exercise is to do heavy leg press with ur toes touching the metal plate only.

i did tt on seated calf....wah 1 exercise of 4sets really make my calf drop

the gym i go to dont really have facilities for calf, so i seldom train calves

Heavy is the key... go as heavy as you can... you won't get hurt.. just pack those 45pounds to the bar and if you worry about balancing, use the smith machine..
i would prefer calves with shape and deep striations rathen than bulky calves... strive for diamond shaped calves with deep striations...
remember, your calves are capable of carrying your entire bodyweight, so, don't go light on it.
