honestly 1420 calories is nothing. my experience of late with food (eh this sounds just plain weird) has been very sobering.. if my guesstimations are correct, i've been eating 5000-7000 calories daily for the past 7 days. for a slightly over 60kg dude HOW'S THAT FOR MASSIVE EATING !! I lost my abs in the first 24 hours. i grew love handles in the next 24, lol. vascularity + stritations are also non existant anymore. i seem to have developed 1/2 an extra chin, and my cheekbones also disappeared. at dday + 7, i look like i weny from 7-8% to 15-20% or so. My weight increased by around 8-10 kilos. in 7 days. it was fun while it lasted...now, next competition in ~140 weeks time !

well, i *look* 15%, most of it is from the water and glycogen rebound effect from the carb depletion and low sodium the prior week i look like a beached whale, hopes it goes away soon....
